Induction Machine-Based EV Vector Control Model Using Mamdani Fuzzy Logic Controller

The substantial rise in the demand for electric vehicles (EVs) has emphasized an environment-friendly and intelligent design speed control strategies. In this paper, a Mamdani fuzzy logic controller (MFLC) was proposed to vigorously of EVs at discrete levels. MFLC member functions (MFs) are tuned operating three different modes (40, 60, 80 km/h). operation tracking designed tested MATLAB (Simulink) environment. validated remarkable improvement dynamic compared with existing P-I, FLC, Fuzzy FOPID (ACO), (GA), (PSO) controllers. Its stability under user-defined drive pattern is also observed. work, highlights better response conventional aforementioned Moreover, model robustness against transients predefined time instants, respectively. comparison suggests that removes overshoot significantly reduces steady-state time.
